Trinity Freistadt to Host Dr. Paul Maier
Trinity Lutheran Church of Freistadt will serve as host for a one-day seminar by Rev. Dr. Paul Maier. The seminar, entitled “Christianity and the Competition” will be held on Saturday, September 23rd in Trinity’s gymnasium. Dr. Maier serves as the Russell H. Seibert Professor of Ancient History at Western Michigan University and currently also serves as the 2nd Vice President for the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. More

The members of Trinity Lutheran Church and School of Freistadt cordially invite all of our friends and neighbors in our community to join us for an old-fashioned church picnic to celebrate our nation's birthday.  Step back into a simpler time to enjoy the music of the Alte Kameraden German band and the Pommersche Tanzdeel Dancers. 

Worship with us in a special outdoor worship service, and take a tour of our own Trinity Historical Society, with presentations of what life was like 167 years ago, when our church was established.

Come for the parade, and even have your children participate in it with their own decorated bicycles and wagons.
Lots of delicious food will be available, along with games for the children.  It's a perfect way to celebrate the 4th of July.

Men of Trinity…
We have been graciously invited to participate with the men of two of our sister congregations in the South Wisconsin District, Divine Redeemer Lutheran in Hartland and Our Redeemer Lutheran in Wauwatosa, in a retreat called “Every Man, God’s Man” to be held at the Holiday Inn in Manitowoc. The dates for this retreat are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, January 27th-29th, 2006.
